FLATS Fitness Trainer
Joe leads fitness classes at The Bush Temple and The Ardus in River North that are complimentary for residents. His classes are a combination of boxing and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and run for about 45 - 60 mins. Current residents can find information about fitness classes and schedules taught by Joe and other FLATS fitness trainers through their property manager.
