What drives you?
I'm motivated by the growing wellness and fitness communities in Chicago. It's so exciting to see new faces and new businesses with a similar intention and goal for spreading awareness on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As a certified fitness instructor and enthusiast for moving my body and breaking a sweat, I'm driven by foods, experiences, and environments that complement this way of life.
How does your business like to get involved with the community?
Graze loves collaboration! I feel that it is so important to partner with like-minded companies and uplift one another to create amazing synergy. We support our community through unique fitness activations, donations, and catering. It is also our initiative to promote fellow small-business entrepreneurs by selling their product at the Graze counters or participating in their local pop-ups and events.
What is unique about working with FLATS® and being a part of the Louise's Keys network of local businesses?
We think FLATS is an incredible network of properties with solely their residents in mind. The buildings are beautiful, historic, and provide amazing amenities! FLATS residents have formed a community of creative individuals, making the buildings more than just a place to live. It's so cool for Graze to be part of something so special. It feels very Chicago. And Chicago is home.
Favorite hidden gem in Chicago?
Purple Llama on Division St in Ukrainian Village. Fellow small-business owner, Joel, has curated a cool little spot for delicious kombucha and coffee; not to mention the awesome neon signs and sweet records playing. Definitely a favorite.
